Agreement Between You and btk77

Who May Use btk77

3.1 Account Registration
Each player may register and hold only one account on btk77. Registering more than one account is strictly prohibited regardless of the device, IP address, email address, payment method, or household used. If duplicate accounts are detected, btk77 will close all associated accounts, void any pending withdrawals, and may permanently ban the player from the platform. All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. btk77 will not be liable for any loss resulting from inaccurate information provided by the player.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. btk77 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify btk77 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person. btk77 may, at its discretion, lock or suspend your account pending investigation in such circumstances.
3.3 KYC Verification
btk77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations. Before processing any withdrawal, or at any time at btk77's discretion, you may be required to provide one or more of the following: a valid government-issued photo identification document (national ID or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights and, in some cases, account closure. Financial Transactions on btk77
btk77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the approved payment methods listed on the platform. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements
btk77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. By accepting any bonus, you agree to be bound by these bonus terms:
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any withdrawal can be made. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be communicated clearly at the time the bonus is offered.
- btk77 reserves the right to alter, cancel, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players will be notified of material changes via their registered email address.

Actions That Will Result in Account Termination

- Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, or any other unlawful source. btk77 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to money laundering and will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with btk77 customer support or compliance teams.
btk77 conducts regular account monitoring and may use third-party fraud detection tools to identify prohibited conduct. Decisions made by btk77 in connection with account suspensions or closures for prohibited conduct are final and binding, subject to any dispute resolution procedure set out in these Terms.
6.1 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, btk77, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other financial or non-financial loss. btk77's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
6.2 Amendments to These Terms
btk77 may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the platform. The revised Terms will take effect immediately upon posting unless a later effective date is expressly stated. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the platform after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.
6.3 Governing Law & Contact
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law.
